Prof. Peter Chang, Honorary President, and Dr. Duong Van Tuyen, the Vice President, both made strong remarks in the Special session “Patient safety and quality management forum” in the Thai Nguyen National Hospital in Thai Nguyen, Vietnam, at the occasion of the establishment of the TNNH AHLA Office at Nov 17th, 2023.
