On behalf of the President Tuyen, the Honorary President Prof. Peter Chang delivers great congradulations in Oct 28th, 2025, to the AHLA member University Cuu Long (UCL) in Vinh Long, Vietnam, for the 25th Anniversary of successsful establishment. Prof. Chang also donated two young trees "Madagascar almond" and 300 seeds to Rector Cu and the staffs, and wish these trees will promote the UCL a green and eco-sustainable campus in the years to come.
