In his keynote session, Dr. Tuyen will share perspectives on how health literacy can be strengthened in the digital era to bridge gaps in access, equity, and quality of care. His talk will also address the importance of collaborative action between governments, academia, and communities to build resilient health systems capable of facing global challenges such as pandemics and climate change.
